It's not like I don't have a backlog.

If you plan to play more of the series I'd say no, but it's an alright GTA. While 5 has the best gameplay, it lacks the charm and atmosphere of its predecessors. It also has the weakest soundtrack imo.

There's really not much to do one the game money making wise except for Heist, and no one gonna wanna do heist with such a low level.

My advice to you is wait until the next GTA, that way you can start fresh with everyone else.

I say it's worth playing once but don't expect too much

The story is decent but that's the only redeeming factor

There is literally nothing to do in the open world unless you want to do yoga or invest in the stock market

As someone else pointed out there isn't a good way of making money either unless you look up a spoiler late in the story which is pretty stupid
