It's PS4/Xbox One owners fault for expecting a functioning game. It's the fault of gamers for expecting NPC's to have AI outside of combat It's the fault of shareholders/gamers for CDPR releasing the game too early It's just a bit sad. CDPR knew what they were doing and it bit them in the ass. Just like what has happened to companies like EA and UbIsoft.
