I do. I'd probably change a little if I got fat(maybe) but otherwise I dont see the point if eating healthy. Food is one of the few easy Joy's of life. I'd rather eat great tacos and ribs, fried goodness etc than bland kale every day

I do, in moderation. I like to think the less stress experienced by not worrying about my diet and being able to eat foods that comfort me balances it out a bit. I am a little fat though so trying to cut back right now (if I lose 10 lbs or so I should be good)

Almost never

I stopped in my early 20s to and now fast food and candy doesn't taste good anymore. Like the flavor literally changed for me. Mcdonald's tastes like they use ten times too much salt

I eat foods that are low calorie. low calorie doesn't necessarily mean healthy though. There are plenty of unhealthy foods that are low calorie. So the answer to your question would be yes, I eat unhealthy.

Someone who always eats healthy doesnt train their body enough to eat unhealthy food. Their immune systems actually lower than any normal human being making them susceptible to more disease.

Yeah.

Used to eat absolutely terribly, but I've slowly been improving that with some relapses... but yeah I'd still say I land on the "unhealthy" side, lol. I cut out a lot of fast food and have been eating more vegetables, but the rest of my diet isn't particularly healthy.

A bit.

I mostly eat cereal, Nuts(Almond and Sunflower mainly but other varieties sometimes) fruits, veggies, Crackers, dairy, white meat and seafood.

Soda,alcohol and sugary drinks is a rarity.
Pastries and chocolate on occasion.
Red meat on occasion.

Diet is probably a tad high in sodium.

You sound very malnourished. Unless you are very very short and sedentary that ain't enough calories and certainly not enough vitamins and minerals.

Basically eating globs of sodium fat and calcium.

I once went like 2 and a half years without soda and that shit was like lifeblood when I cracked it open. I only drink diet tho, hate real soda.

About 80% of the time I eat healthy. Lots of whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, fresh fruits and veggies, and only occasionally have processed foods. I grew up with a super shitty diet that contributed greatly to morbid obesity and countless approaches to correcting that failed before I tried this one. It's been three years and there's no way I can go back to eating half as bad as I used to.

I used to think that, too, but I finally got to that point. I recently had a MD Code Red for the first time in almost four years. Used to be my favorite soda but I took the first drink and was like "meh" then each successive drink was just nastier and nastier. Didn't go flat or get warm but it was about as off-putting.

Conversely, I fucking love La Croix and similar beverages that I used to hate so much.

You can be malnourished and overweight at the same time you know.

You can eat 6000 calories a day no exercise and be malnourished. If you aren't getting your Potassium, Iron, Vitamin A/B/C/D etc its pretty much empty calories.
