Sure she didn't know. This woman has a shaky track record at best. As co-owner of the WNBA's Atlanta Dream, she made negative comments in regards to "Black Lives Matter" then she tried to backtrack when the WNBA called her out on it.

I dont like that woman at all but its well within the realm of possibility that she didnt know who this guy was. Ive never heard of him before this topic and politicians take photos with all sorts of random people at events.

I saw the photo and it looked like he approached her for a picture at an event. So yeah it's probable that she didn't know who he was. I think he is her type of people though.
