If you're past 28 or so cognitive decline has already begun. Given the fact that people that are more intelligent tend to be more resistant to cognitive decline and that message boards like this disproportionately attract people like that, I don't think most CEmen need to worry too much.

After I started smoking and drinking I noticed my memory went to shit. It's getting worse I think
