Recipe for Clench's famous egg milk

-1 quart of full-fat milk
-6 eggs, hard-boiled
-protein powder

Pour milk in a chilled glass. While hard-boiled eggs are still warm, mash by hand until a paste-like consistency is reached. Immediately place eggs in milk, stirring with a swizzle stick until the milk is light yellow throughout. After wetting the rim of the glass with water, garnish with protein powder. Drink immediately.

Gotta serve it with steamed chicken breasts.

If you triple the amount of eggs in the recipe, you can actually make a great dipping paste for chicken breasts.

Everyone knows that chicken thighs offer a superior protein-per-dollar ratio.

Also they're tastier, and you can use the skin/bones for stock.
But, it's higher in fat, so, nobody wants it.

Let's start with "eggs from what animal?"

I mean, an ostrich egg is the size of a cinder block, if we're talking "caviar" 100 fit in a teaspoon.

For once I agree with adjl. You can make paprikash all day, but as tempting as it is to go with the breast, the thigh is the superior cut where chickens are concerned for bang for the buck.

The Japanese call that combination oyako, for "parent and child".

I was talking about the egg + chicken combo, you fivehead.

Although there are oyakodon recipes that use milk.

I can't really take credit for it, since that's an actual quote from Clench (from many years ago). Personally, I'll swap between them pretty much interchangeably, usually just going for whatever's on sale or whatever I've already got in my freezer.
