Lol theres way more than just the mouth. Makeup, forehead, nose, jawline, skin tone, etc. She Facetuned the crap out of herself.

This is from the 90DF sub reddit. Shes on the show and always posts highly edited pictures of herself on social media but anyone whos watched the show knows thats not what she really looks like. I guess she didnt expect to spa to post the unedited version

Its Deavan from the other way.

The Deavan arc is so tragic. She looked gorgeous before doing all this work. Honestly at this rate I think she's going to be at Darcey and Stace levels by the time she hits their age. Also there were warning signs for sure but she turned out to have a really rotten personality :(

No she was there for lip injections and was posting about going to that spa for them. Shes well known to post edited pictures of herself all the time but its the first time shes been caught red handed.

I love Kenny and Armando! The rest of the couples seems like train wrecks. Ari and Biniyam are so polar opposites. At first I really hated Ari but now Ive grown to hate Biniyam too. Neither are a good fit for each other.

Britney and Yazan hits home since I understand the culture here. Honestly how things have turned out has not surprised me. Jordan is pretty secular as a country but I knew Yazan came from an extremely religious family right when they aired the episode where she meets his family. He clearly hid the extent of their conservatism so that she thought he was more of a secular Jordanian. The fact that they are part of a tribe basically explains everything. That is a very small subset in Jordan and they are more extreme in their views. He should have been upfront with Britney about it.

I also get a lot of whats happening to Sumit. Im not Indian but our cultures can be similar. The tactics his mom was pulling is very similar to my mom. I basically turned to my husband and explained that some middle eastern moms will keep threatening more and more crazy shit until they get what they want. I had to learn to break away from the manipulation. Its harder for Sumit to do so in India. But I still cant stand him and Jenny because of how they deceived his parents and also his wife. Just terrible.

White dude and Colombian chick are so boring I forget their names. I was over their story from the first episode tbh

And agreed, both Royal and Angenette seem terrible. He seems abusive and she seems manipulative. Shes very quick to turn on the waterworks when confronted by anything. And testing positive on a pregnancy test one week after being in the US without seeing before is sketchy af

I honestly don't fully understand Yazan's environment. I understand the idea of the culture, but I don't understand the "tribe". I guess that's just my really limited perspective on things, I hear "tribe" and think of an independent community, but they seem integrated/spread out throughout this bigger city? Or is the whole population of that whole urban area the tribe? And yeah he should have been more forthcoming with information abut his culture but Britney is also just entirely braindead so I don't know if she would have processed it anyway. She seems like a terrible person -_-.

I still support Sumit and Jenny >_> I was so taken aback by how Sumit just used his mom's words to achieve that compromise, that was an impressive Hollywood-esque moment. Couldn't believe it was real >_>.

I also forget that guy's name, and Melyza. I love how he talks though, especially when he talks about UUSSSS. But yeah the producers have done a terrible job capturing their personality at all, every scene is just one of them talking about the other one cheating... There... has to be more to them than that, right? I think...

My favorite part about Hamily Chantel is Karen's fantastic sayings, I get excited every time she opens her mouth because something equal parts stupid, nonsensical, beautiful and profound comes out.

Some more conservative Muslims still operate in smaller tribes. Usually in the outskirts of major cities. They govern themselves independently with their own councils and Sheikhs, often outside of local laws. The government really doesnt do much to intervene either. These smaller tribes are usually the ones to order things like honor killings even if theyre illegal in the country they are in. I feel like people have been way too hard on Britney. Yazan totally hid how conservative his family is and flipped the script on her.

I dont think Sumit ever intended on marrying Jenny. Hes been aiming for this compromise the whole time while lying to Jenny (as usual). He is just as manipulative as his mom, I mean he essentially learned from her.

Lol Karens saying are so cringe which is what makes them so hilarious. I finally watched the episode yesterday. Every single person on that show is just so horrible.

Eh honestly this season was incredibly boring and stretched out. I wouldnt recommend it.

Thank you for the cultural insight. Also interesting to see it's illegal to order killings like that but the government doesn't step in to stop it, I assumed it would either just be legal or not at all. Yes Yazan hid a lot from her but Britney also lied repeatedly about her ability to marry Yazan - did she even tell him she was married? And I was put off by the way she flaunted herself around the market when she and her friend went out. Her friend actually seemed really cool and down to earth and respectful, while Britney just wanted to show that she's an American woman and she doesn't care. I don't know, I hate that. Not saying she has to be ashamed of who she is but at least have some modesty and *try* to learn about where you are.

That's an interesting take about Sumit and Jenny. I didn't consider the idea that he was aiming for a compromise the whole time, but it does make sense. He certainly has been a little slow and not proactive about getting migration information for her - they've been together how many years and they only on this trip found out there's another way to get married?? That is frustrating to watch.

Side note: Jenny's daughter-in-law is so friggin' funny, she's got this rough looking expression on her face that reminds me of something like a detective from a film noir. I was surprised when she spoke the first time, she just seems like a really awesome person and I just wasn't expecting that from her face >_>

I used to cringe at Karen so much but yeah her sayings... I feel like she's doing it for the showmanship, but it's so worth it. "I hope you like Mary Poppins because it's about to be steppin' time!" Where does she come up with this stuff lmao.

Can't wait for the new season of 90DF, think it starts up next week. Looks to be a combination of some couples we've seen plus some new ones.

And yeah this season has been really inconsistent and has thrown me through a loop several times. They will outright ignore a couple for like two episodes and I forget they're even part of the show...

Think of it as how police can be in some of the most dangerous neighborhoods. They neglect a lot of crime and the locals wont really talk to them anyway. Thats how it works with the tribes. They do sometimes get caught and arrested but not very frequently.

Her walk through the market was funny to me. I think she realized Yazan wasnt kidding about the attention shed get. I noticed she dressed modestly after. I think the fact that he always was with her before shielded her from a lot of it. I know when I was in Egypt I could never walk without a male family member escorting me otherwise men flock to you like a piece of meat. Its a completely unnerving experience regardless of what youre wearing and I think most Western women wouldnt understand it without experiencing it. Shit even with my dad or my brother around I still got my butt grabbed, had our tour guide force my horse to slow down so he can hit on me isolated from my family and had a police officer with an AK47 cat calling me when we went to visit a temple.

And from the comments I read from other Indians, theres no way Sumit didnt know about this other way of getting married. The look on his face when the lawyer brought it up said it all. Hes just been stringing Jenny along the entire time.

Im looking forward to the new season! I hope its better than the other way.

Examples I've seen before were like "Korean girl before make up/plastic surgery, and after."

And the photos were confirmed to be 2 different women.

Not saying that's what happened here. But you gotta watch out for not only beautifying shops+memes, but uglifying ones.

(its common enough fake amongst incel forums, because they believe most women are fake phonies etc, so they create fake comparisons to bolster their myths and reinforce their doomer depressing world views)
