There is a part of me that wants to see him try it and then get charged with treason when it gets overturned.

I also like that they're specifically suggesting he redo elections in swing states only, as if swing state is a specific quantifiable metric that applies to particular states and not an arbitrary designation being used for states where he lost by a small margin rather than a large one. Or that redoing those elections in a way that results in him winning by a few thousand votes would change the fact that he lost the popular vote by millions.

The problem is that treason has a VERY specific and rigid legal definition, so it'd open up the floodgates for the, "well, technically...." defenses from Trump apologists.
It's damn near impossible to convict someone for treason.

So I went with a more broad term. But by all means, feel free to continue offering suggestions for an improved title.

Trump's pardon spree is probably the closest he'll come to admitting defeat.
If he still thought he was getting a 2nd term, he wouldn't be going hog wild on all these corrupt and appalling pardons. He's entered the "checking out" phase of his term.
Hopefully he doesn't try to pre-emptively pardon himself and his family. I really don't know how that could even be possible.

No what I mean is if that tweet is accurate the lawsuit is asking for relief that can't be granted. I'm pretty sure if congress refused to certify the results it goes to a different process, not a redo of the electoral college.

So either the tweet is representing the lawsuit incorrectly or the people filed the lawsuit intentionally requesting absolutely impossible relief.
