New Jersey - recreational
Montana - recreational
South Dakota - recreational and medical
Arizona - recreational
Mississippi - medical

There's already a topic for Oregon's magic mushroom bill passing and their decriminalization of other drugs, but I'm gonna mention 'em here too. I don't use drugs, but this is great to see. Would be nice if this latest slew means we hit a tipping point and can just get weed legalized nationwide.

AZ won here because the main opposition funder, the CEO of Discount Tires, passed away after the last election so there was barely any opposition this time.

At this point just make it national. There's only like what 5 states where it's completely illegal now aren't there?

It passed, so that's all that matters.

Was just looking at a map and it's looking like there's little point to just not make it legal nationwide at this time. Didn't even realize that it was at all legal in Texas, but cbd oils with very low thc content is ok medically for some uses. It's not much, but it's better than nothing.

Not exactly related, but Colorado's wolf ballot measure still hasn't been decided, but it's ahead for now.

I saw one interpretation that was figuring NJ legalizing it could pave the way to NY legalizing, given how closely linked the two states are. That'll be a rather big deal for the industry.

Pretty sure Arizona's prop allows people to get the charges expunged or something along those lines.
