It's one of the buggier games I've played in recent memory. Like, progress-halting glitches.

It's a shame, because what I've played has been really solid and a lot of fun. There's definite potential for a great experience but the bugs drag it down.

So, for anyone on the fence with this title, I'd say wait and maybe pick it up in a few months, but maybe keep an eye on patch notes. Maybe wait for a "definitive edition". Seems like the smart play these days, anyway

Problem with online centric games is if you don't buy it within 6 months of its release its dead by the time you ever get to it.

There are exceptions, like Siege, but yeah I agree for the most part.

I haven't even tried the multiplayer. All the bugs I've encountered are in the campaign. Probably a whole 'nother can of glitchy worms with the online portion lol

Its a shame. It looks like a good game but I feel honor bound to not buy anything from EA. I might consider it if/when I get VR but like I said it may not be worth even picking up at that point. I had a similar experience with Titanfall. It looked cool but I didn't wanna buy it for a number of reasons at full price. Ended up getting it for cheap on some sale a year or two later and it was completely dead.

I wish more developers would focus on the single player experience so at least I'll have something for replay if I ever find myself wanting to revisit it.
