I'm taking Oct through Dec off my Wendler and just doing auxiliary workouts and basically doing my deload weights for the next three months. I'd been lifting for almost two years and I want to make sure I actually have my form right before I lift any heavier.

Today, I managed a 24" box jump! Before COVID, my trainer challenged me to do it before March. I took months off from the gym (other than lifting at home) and was rusty on 18" for the past two weeks. Got it done solid today!

I take C4 atm because im dead tired when I get home from work usually and I need the motivation to start working out. It essentially just wakes me up and also makes my ears tingle/burn which I dont enjoy.

When on a better schedule, I take an Optimum Nutrition pre-workout. Its made from green tea extract and shit. It's more in line with a cup of coffee but delicious. I'd recommend that instead if it's enough for you. It's much more mild.

I dont think either is particularly necessary. It's more just a slap in the face to get me started. My actual performance isn't any better. Maybe if I start with my biggest lifts it's a little tiny bit better. I only do steady state cardio so I've never noticed any real difference on that end. Performance wise I only see differences on eating properly or creatine supplements.

I accidentally lost weight. My squat, press, and power snatch are going up. Bench is playing mind games and I have started to bulk. I've learned I can't wear some pants I own because my thighs and butt got bigger

4 weeks on methotrexate and my arthritis pain is almost gone. No residual after effect pain from activity. Feet are no longer in agony by Friday. Its been a long 13 months. I'd say things are looking up.

I weighed 203.8 the other day and now I'm 208. I have a powerlifting meet on the 15th I have to be 198 for so I'm really pissed and hoping this is just temporary glycogen and water retention from having a cheat day on Tuesday.

I started working out more, but I'm a complete newbie. I recently bought some adjustable dumbbell thing and I'm still pretty weak. lol

Especially on my shoulder areas. I have a difficult time completing 3 sets of 10 Lateral Raises with a 15 pound dumbbell. My shoulders feels so weak, lol.

My fitness goals are all over the place. My wife and i's gym reopened a couple months ago and both our weights started going up since then. But not our muscle percentage.

We're only going 3x a week, but that's what we used to do before the gyms closed in NY. We're not doing kickboxing anymore, so I guess that's part of it? But still, really frustrating.

That or the smart scale that we use isn't accurate at measuring fat/muscle.

Doing so much better after a full week of pigging out, proper hydration and creatine supplements.

I was worried that I had lost too much weight because my shirts were getting so loose. Now they're tight again in the arms/shoulders and I look/feel much better. Gained back around 9lbs Im getting back on a better diet this week and will probably go back to cutting again after that. Ive got around a solid 10 lbs of real weight that I'd like to lose but I'll be much less aggressive about it.

I'm at home working out full time this week hopefully. Im off until I get covid results back. No symptoms or anything but a coworker that I work closely with got diagnosed with it. Hopefully my results are good and I can use this time to it's fullest.
