Today was my chest/arm and cardio split day. I was completely out of sorts due to the holiday hours at the gym and did not wear appropriate pants/shoes for my run. I could only make it 1/2 mile during the cardio session. That was disappointing.

Merry Christmas bro!

I got another set of 25 lb bumpers from my gfs parents. They also got me 35s, 45s and 55s but they got delayed which means they are getting refunded but I'll probably still get them in the mail.

Deadlifts later today, Ive only had a protein bar and some hbes but hoping to eat some more before I lift

Ive been eating a lot, but its all junk like candy and chips. haven't been doing a good job making sure I get enough protein
today I ate 6 hard boiled eggs and some meat loaf so thats a start lol

I'm up to 35 miles per week of mountain running and my bodyfat doesn't stand a chance. My legs look like I squat but I do zero leg work, my six pack never goes away, running is becoming significantly easier

I think I'll try to reach 80mpw before 2022 as a mega goal

lol I weighed 180 today, on the 23rd I weighed 166. I'm sure a lot of that is water weight etc but dang. Hopefully my heavy lifts are easy this week

Currently it's cold out, so I don't run too often. Also I need to have surgery, so I can run undistracted. I'm scheduled for 4th. Besides that I've started doing situps again. I might sign up for the local gym that beginner boxing classes post surgery.

Great chest day workout. Added more weight on a few lifts. Being off for the holidays is really helping my progress. Sleeping a lot is probably the biggest difference and it's huge.

I'm approximately 177 lbs. Which is down 5 lbs from when I started about 3 weeks ago, but about the same as last week. I'm at roughly a 750-1000 calorie deficit every day. So I actually should've lost more than that. But I'm also lifting 5 days a week.

But now I feel like its starting to get tougher 3 weeks in. My energy levels are kinda down, I fatigue easier. I also haven't been sleeping great for the last few nights that could be it too. Gonna optimize my sleep for the next week. If that fails I might return to maintanence for a week or 2 just to reset.

On another note, man, I have to buy new belts, a new leather jacket, and pairs of jeans. Ill rebel and deal with the tightening of my tees as I muscle up. First world problems lol.

Nice! Luckily I never leave the house so I don't have to do any of that.

Today is either a rest day or a bike day. Thinking I feel good enough to go for a pr on my bike. Farthest I've gone in 20 minutes is 8.1 miles. Only one more shot at beating that in 2020

Same, but for me it was five street tacos with extra meat and tortilla chips alongside queso dip with jalapeos. Later on I downed two cartons of heavy whipping cream, a full bar of 100% cacao dark chocolate, and almost one full slice of pizza that was offered to me. I say almost on that last one because I mostly ate the veggies, meat, and cheese and left about 60%-75% of the bread. I hate how fucking bloated and gross my body looks forcing myself to eat for two to five people, but once it all digests and I have technically fasted for a few hours, I look fucking great lol.


Cheat day is today too. But i'm still working out.
