There's a minimum for how low, but I wish there was something that prevented guys with small penises being able to blind me with their headlights because they insist on raising their trucks.

I would love laws on head lights.

doesn't matter how high they are if they aren't actually angled properly.

a large amount of people don't know that you actually need to angle the housing after anything like that, or that after time they become jiggled out of place and need to be re-angled in general.

Well then regulations on how angled headlights have to be. Whatever needs to happen to ticket people who effectively drive around with their high beams on at all times.

Now that everyone is driving those car/SUV hybrids if you have a regular car from 5 years ago youre going to be stuck getting blinded by the lights of everyone else

Some states already regulate this but it's seldom enforced. In Massachusetts our headlights are part of our annual vehicle inspection and they're supposed to be in proper adjustment but some shops cut corners with the inspections to help customers out.
