The medication really helps with a lot of things, I am more mentally healthy now than I have been in years, but I should probably see a therapist. I tried a few years ago but I was in grad school and working full time and it was just hard to make appointments constantly, my job didn't really care that I needed time off to see a doctor and those papers weren't going to turn themselves in.
