No faith in them, no faith in us. No fix for lifelong distrust.

Same way I deal with disliking my immediate family

But in all seriousness, have you talked to a professional about this? I assume youre seeing a psychiatrist for bipolar meds, but what about a therapist?

its normal to dislike people, but if it keeps irrationally popping up at work for no reason and impacting your ability to function, you probably need help few on CE are equipped to give

The medication really helps with a lot of things, I am more mentally healthy now than I have been in years, but I should probably see a therapist. I tried a few years ago but I was in grad school and working full time and it was just hard to make appointments constantly, my job didn't really care that I needed time off to see a doctor and those papers weren't going to turn themselves in. I finished my Masters a few months ago I'm thinking I might see a therapist again, I just always make excuses.

I'm kinda on the same boat. Those fuckers are so fake and greedy! The worst part of it all was a couple my dad's favorite cousins passed away before he did. It really broke him. They were the only ones he trusted and cared about. Now, I don't even bother to acknowledge anyone who's left. Fuck them!
