This is the dumbest take I've ever read here. Due to the pandemic/lockdown, there aren't any countries better off than they were 4 years ago. Before the pandemic, however, trump's economy was doing pretty good

I also will point out plenty of countries have handled Covid far better than America did, so that falls on Trump. Dude was warned that Covid was going to be a HUGE issue back in February but he ignored it. Then he finally started doing something after we had 100's of cases but even the entire time he has downplayed it at every opportunity, acting like it's overblown and not a big deal.

If you had asked this question in 2019 I would have said 'yes'. However the poor management and excessive lockdowns from democrat governors and politicians since 2020 and C-19 has undone all the progress made and made it worse than it was before. I blame the CCP for the virus; but I blame the democrats for how bad the nation got after.

Okay, seriously, where are these ridiculous allegations about Trump going from? He's racist, he's the second coming of Hitler, he'll burn down the world....... since fucking when? Aside from all the times people selectively ignored his usage of the word "illegal" when talking about immigration, the worst thing I see in the guy is that he's made a couple comments that could maybe be construed as sexist. The thing is, I'm pretty sure most Trump supporters know the guy can be crude..... they just don't care. He's still viewed as a better politician than most experienced politicians. Is he perfect? Of course not, but with how contaminated the swamp truly is, this regular businessman really is the best we could muster for now.

As for Covid, I'd say he handled it as best he could. The worst thing he ever did was take advice from the WHO. But I'm sure we all know what happened with the WHO after that.

This was intended to combat trafficking. I think its betterto temporarily separate families than it is to let children be trafficked. Seems like a better policy than letting trafficking run rampant

Is Trump concerned with trafficking? I thought all of that was to combat Mexico sending us their murderers and rapists. You say temporary but those 545 children can't find their parents now. Think critically on that and get back to me.

So again, that's just purely based off assumptions and not fact.

You're ok with stealing kids away from their families and having them exposed to all manner of horrors in detention facilities because their parents "may be traffickers, but we don't know, just guessing, probably, I think."

If they cared so much why not DNA test them then? Sounds like it could've solved the problem right then and there in a very humane way.

There was no way the lock-downs were not going to result in tyranny in some form. So many people simply refuse to stop working (for good reasons usually) that even two weeks would have been too much. But that doesn't excuse the massive difference between how blue states and red states have been handling it.

Also, the riots have been a purely negative thing. I oppose the police violence and everything; but there is no way I could ever approve of an organization that riots regardless of the situation, riots constantly, destroys businesses, and everything else. Both Antifa and BLM need to be arrested and removed and organizations that aren't dangerous to innocent bystanders and cops with a very legitimate reason to shoot (like when they're being attacked) need to replace them.

I wouldn't condone the violence either, but I'm not losing sleep over it. I believe there will be civil unrest as long as Trump is in office.
