A procedural cop show in a fantasy setting could be entertaining simply because it favors a monster-of-the-week format, but it would kinda fall apart in the courtroom... well, unless the episodes were super short (5-10 minutes) and strictly played for laughs, although Lok wants contemporary issues and a ST-like thing which is the opposite of that.
