Adults seem to buy things that either are upgrades or that are more places to be, like a boat/patio, or that arent necessarily actively played with, like say camping gear.

Some adult toys can be actively played with like 4 wheelers or jet skis or snowboards. But these tend to be seasonal and a hassle to store to and transport.

Golf clubs I guess are social or can be used alone. Not very creative, kinda seasonal, not for home use.

Woodworking would be cool and is the closest I can think of, but those require garage space.

I just want toys I can play with at home. That leaves video games (would rather a analog product) or products to do artwork (too alone, more used than played with). Legos I dont like, but knex are cool.

I guess idk what I want but I havent seen it. Some of the toys for kids look cool like sword fighting with electronic hit triggers or those gopro hot wheels videos. I guess a lot do adult hobbies look fun like fencing or scuba but those are more bigger planned events where everyone needs equipment and not done at home or in the park or something.

Some of the more complicated board games, perhaps, like Arkham Horror, Betrayal at House on the Hill, Axis & Allies, or Settlers of Catan?

Not to be a board game gatekeeper, but lol

Try Terraforming Mars, Tapestry, Feast for Odin, or Caverna

I really like boutique games. Mage Knight, Seasons, Aeons End, and Spirit Island are my favorite. Lately Ive been playing Gloomhaven solo and 7th Continent with my girlfriend.
