Fred Perry,the British Fashion Brand says it will stop selling it's iconic polo shirts that has been adopted as the official uniform for the far-right group PROUD BOYS as it will no longer ship its black and yellow PB tops of both Canada and North America

The move is a response to the 65 dollar polo shirt adopted by the group whose members are regularly wearing it to their marches

The british clothes maker says it was "incredibly frustrating and embarrassing" that the group who believes white men and western values are "under seige" and are the superior race have been tarnishing their brand as they say they do not support nor it is in any way affiliated with them

They said "It is incredibly frustrating that this group has appropriated our black/yellow/yellow twin tipped shirt and subverted our laurel wreath to their own ends. The Fred Perry shirt is a piece of British subcultural uniform who recognize their own values and what it stands for. We are proud of its lineage and what the Laurel Wreath has represented for over 65 years: inclusitivity, diversity and independence. We therefore made the decision to stop selling these shirts in the US from September 2019 and will not sell it there or in Canada until we're satisfied that tis association with Proud Boys has ended. to be absolutely clear, if you see any Proud Boys materials or products featuring our Laurel Wreath or any Black/Yellow/Yellow related items, they have absolutely nothing to do with us, and we are working with our lawyers to pursue any unlawful use of our brand"

Proud Boys were founded in 2016 and have been labeled a hate group as the group's founder, Canadian writer and political commentator, Gavin McInness rejected that classification claiming they are not extremist and are not white nationalists but are merely anti-pc and anti-white guilt.

He stepped down as chairman in 2018 as the group have rallied in Portland to counter BLM

Proud Boys also have to maintain an IMAGE where they must workout constantly to maintain the image of a "strong alpha male"
