-$450 bonus unemployment per week
-Payroll Protection Program
-$100 billion for covid testing, contact tracing, etc
-Money for expanding rural and urban broadband, supporting agricultural workers, extending the 2020 census
-$25 billion for mortgage and rental assistance
-$130 billion for schools
-$15 billion for Postal Service

and some more stuff

I think this is a fair compromise

So it'll likely be DOA
