People don't like the notion of expressing themself sexually and watching porn and being told that what they are doing is wrong. There are people today who believe that religious books such as the Bible are fully literally true, but many do not. I don't actually know but I would think that the relevant % of religious people today who believe the Bible is fully literally true is less than ever. This means that the people who believe otherwise have to make interpretations for themselves and essentially adapt their religious believes to scientific discoveries that are made.
