Not much buzz for what seems to look like a return to form. GT Sport was cool and the Forza games are similar...
But imo Gran Turismo 6 is still better than any racing sim the entire PS4/Xbox 1 generation, which is funny because it came out on PS3 after the PS4 had already released and it got kind of bad press for a shitty DLC model and not adding much from GT5 in addition to unfavorable comparisons in screenshots to Forza 5 at the time...but man, the the car number just dwarfs everything else...and sure some aren't as detailed and still using their PS2 models....but it's just great to have them in the game at all, and you don't really notice them unless your racing them (I only raced premium cars). Other racing sims, even the great Foraza 4 just lacked features and had gaps in racing history. GT6 was only missing a few key vehicles due to liscensing but for the most part every car you've ever wanted to drive is in the game. I hope Gran Turismo 7 is at least in the spirit of that, weird single play menu screens and all. --- 3DS FC: 4656-7003-5457 ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's cool, but what I really want is a new Ridge Racer.

I haven't played a Gran Turismo since 2 (which I loved). I'm keeping my eye on 7 though so if it has enough in common, I'll definitely pick it up if I have a PS5 by then.
