TC is right. Kid is an idiot for doing all this but at the time of his shooting, he was just walking on the sidewalk and the guy who he had a confrontation with earlier and a bunch of other guys chased him and the kid attempted to flee. He then tripped and was about to get jumped by numerous ppl. Some reports saying they tried to grab his gun. In the end of the day, the other guys were the aggressors. The kid literally ran away.

They were going to kill him. He defended himself with his weapon only when his life was threatened

If the cops were doing their jobs they should have arrested him and the attackers. Instead they did absolutely nothing and let someone who shot multiple people walk away.

Even if they didnt want to charge him they should have brought him in to get a statement. They did nothing.

So with TCs logic, everybody you kill after your first kill will be in self defense because they might be good guys trying to stop you.

see this is how you can tell someone just watches slanted videos or reads skewed and unverified reports. Or doesnt even bother to do that.

edit: reading a new report he was shot in the groin, which fractured his pelvis, says the back which perforated his lung and to the head. So i stand corrected at that part. But was the bullet entry in the front or back?

what happened prior to him getting shot is still unclear but there is a verified eyewitness account who was walking with Rittenhouse and interviewing him right before all this happened. And it sounds as if the 1st victim was instigating.

He actually can't claim self-defense, because he was a minor wielding a gun he didn't legally own which he illegally transported across state borders.

if thats what happened then it presents a whole new argument whether attempting to take a gun from someone who isnt using it can be grounds for self defense.

was it shown if the back had an entry wound or exit wound. Was he shot in the back initially or was it a result of being shot in the groin first and he turned his back as a result.

and the eye witness, McGinnis, who you quoted has video of everything that happened.

and its verified he was there at the scene with Rittenhouse.

his testimony was in the DOJ records.

If you drive 20 miles into a riot illegally carrying a gun that means you're ready and willing to indulge in a little bit of good old murdering. To most of these people present, this is a guy running around with a gun who just shot someone. Nobody knows why he shot them. Was it self defense? Is he a psycho out to kill people?

It really isn't a surprise that other people tried to disarm him.

But when you have idiot laws letting civilians run around playing pretend soldier, I guess this is what happens.
