Last night I had a light head, stuffy nose and a bad taste in my mouth. Woke up to all of those plus bodyaches

Aren't body aches usually a sign of the flu?

The common cold is literally a coronavirus.

Since the novel coronavirus has a lot of the same symptoms it's impossible to tell without going to get tested honestly.

Serious symptoms:

• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• Chest pain or pressure
• Loss of speech of movement

no fever or cough and my breathing is fine

that's why it seems like a cold to me but these times got me paranoid

Eh, then why doesn't common cold medicine say body ache relief, when common flu medicine does?

I'd assume it's because body aching isn't a common enough symptom of the common cold to warrant putting in extra medication to relieve body ache pain.
