17 y/o Chubster who played too many COD games, Kyle Rittenhouse was the kid identified and charged with the murder of TWO BLM protesters in Kenosha, Wisocnsin as he was arrested in his hometown in ILLINOIS is now charged with first degree intentional homicide.

He "fled" the state of Wisconsin with the intent to avoid prosecution for the offense.

2 People were shot dead just before midnight where one was shot directly at their head and one in their chest.

Dailymail has revealed one of the men was Anthony Huber as a third man was shot in the arm but his wounds are not life threatening

The arrest came hours after he was seen walking up to policed with his hands in the air and semi-auto rifle slung on his shoulders just after killing the protesters and he was apparently ALLOWED to walk despite members of the crowd shouting for his arrest

Footage showed him guarding a local car shop with a group of armed militia and then police THANKING him and gave him water

He was also among the volunteers spotted earlier cleaning graffiti from a high school following unrest as his facebook is devoted to praising law enforcement with references to BLUE LIVES MATTER and is seen holding an AR-15

Kyle first shot at someone at a car lot then jogged away and stumbled and fell and fired again at crowds before being surrounded as a man did a FLYING KICK at him and he then shot at several protesters.

Police let him walk passed them to get away where he then flew the coop to avoid charges

When asked why he was allowed to leave, Sheriff David Beth said it was chaotic and people running over the place and it caused police to have "tunnel vision"

Under Wisconsin law, anyone 17 or older is treated as an adult in the criminal justice system and legally he is not allowed to own a high powered weapon.

He hardly looks fat, certainly not by Canadian or American standards. He's certainly heavier in the final photo where it looks like it was taken when he was even younger, but even there he's more chubby than outright fat (considering he's not even "Hollywood fat")

Of illegally carrying a rifle? Yes. Everything else I'd need more information for. The video from the other topic (where he's running) clearly shows him being attacked by vigilantes (who could have and should have brought the police into it) and, if one of them had pulled a gun on him, he *might* be able to reasonably claim self-defense (which would be undermined by the illegal carrying of said weapon). So it comes back to the original shooting, which I haven't seen much about so far. I saw some photos on CE and some claims that suggested he had been attacked there as well, but I'm reserving my remarks until I see something more concrete.

Regardless of actual guilt (beyond illegally carrying the weapon), the city's leaders are going to be offering him up as a scapegoat. He'll most likely face the harshest punishment available in the state even if it turns out he was assaulted prior to that first shooting (or even if somebody had shot at him first).

If you're willing to do that then you're closer to a terrorist then an internet poster. Yeah, he was just shooting at the crowd of hippies, no foul.
