Don't know what preceded the incident, however, it's hard to argue someone shot you in "cold blood" when you're stomping them, hitting em with your skateboard, or aimed your pistol at em.

Was the kid racist? Possibly.
Was he dumb? Absolutely.
Should he have been there? Hell no.
Was it even legal for him to be carrying that weapon? Since he was 17, I don't think so.

HOWEVER.... don't start no shit won't be no shit.

One of the dudes he shot in the arm pulled a gun on him first. Another dude threw a lit bottle/molotov cocktail at him. Another tried to stomp his head and smash him with a skateboard.

You can't attack someone else then play victim.

As awful as these shootings are, the kid didn't just walk up to people and murder them in cold blood. They attacked him.

There has to be some accountability and common sense in these sensationalized incidents.

If you don't want to be shot how about you don't attack other people as a start?

I just learned about the Socialist Rifle Association and was mind blown. I actually believe the right to bear arms is a human right but than gun control is necessary to reduce the risk of crazy or evil people getting access to them.

Seeing some people saying somebody threw a brick at him, which is why he killed the first guy.

I only saw a video where the shooter was fleeing, apparently after killing the alleged brickthrower. He stumbles as he is fleeing and then people yell "get him!" and all swarm him, including one person with a skateboard who appeared to want to use it as a weapon. The shooter then pulls a pistol out of his waistband and shoots a couple people swarming him, killing one.

Some people reporting on the matter are leaving out some of these details. But they may not be relevent in the end.

The shooter traveled there with guns...I don't know how that plays into the charges against him. But on some level that's pretty much looking for trouble. However, if he didn't provoke any of the initial attacks against him, the charges may be dropped.

Not sure the rest of the details.

yeah a lot of the videos are being misinterpreted out of order. The video of him getting attacked was supposedly after he had already shot someone and after fleeing from them. It sounds like he got attacked because of shooting someone first but I'm not so sure. It's really going to depend on the order of the video evidence.

He shot the guy in the head, then stood by while calling 911. Bystanders came to the aid of the guy who was shot and yelled "he's the shooter" so he turned around and ran. As he runs by someone that was recording, he's holding a phone to his head saying "I just killed someone."

That video is in this topic (be warned, it does show the victim's head before they wrap it to stop the bleeding).

Then we see the other videos of the crowd chasing him and yelling.

Is this the video? Hard to tell if he was attacked but he looks perfectly fine and then runs away as soon as more people show up to help the guy he shot. This is also the first person shot before he was attacked by other people.
