I'd be happy on the inside but only tell a few select people and ask them not to tell others. I only care about folk who I'm close to right now. Not the folk that will no doubt come out of the woodwork expecting handouts that are not part of my life.

The huge money? I wouldn't believe it was real. I'd recheck the ticket and broadcast repeatedly, and every step of the way I'd assume something might go wrong because there's no way I could be that lucky.

Most likely quit my job and not tell anyone then when my parents etc asked me why i wasnt going to work be like ' won the lotto dont need to anymore'

If it's anything like the book, I'd be very afraid, possibly panicky.

I'll get all excited, but try to keep it under wraps until all those zeros are in my account.

The problem is trying to keep it quiet since it's a law in most provinces and states to announce the winner for the sake of transparency to the public who plays.

If I can get past that until my bank explodes, then join the "Fuck You Club". Probably still go to work just to fuck with bosses and customers, never worrying about repercussions, see how far I'd take it (without getting sued because there is that danger of angry sue-happy Karens out there).

That really depends on how much I won after federal taxes.

Honestly dont even need a lottery ticket. Yachts are too unaffordable.

Really excited on the inside, but outwardly calm. I would immediately sit down and make a step by step guide of what to do next. No quitting my job just yet, as it will negatively effect the other people I work with. Then when the timing is right, moonwalk out of there.

Double check the numbers, remain calm, do a little research on state lottery regulations and go from there

Wait for the hype to die down too (usually crowds gather at the winning location hoping to catch a glimpse of the winner)

I'd be excited of course. I'd make sure my siblings are taken care of first and foremost by paying off their homes and other bills and I'd give them enough so that they would have some financial freedom.I'd also donate some money to charities too.

After that,I'd quit my job.
