Pfizer says that it has not taken any money from our government. So the 15 to 20 million dosages that are anticipated are not promised in any way to the usa. I think that Pfizer will distribute the vaccine based on how well the country is equipped to follow up and track the recipients. So states with better medical networks will get the vaccine. Yea when you put the stories together it doesn't look good for US. It starting to feel like March all over again. Where it felt like the US should do stay at home orders/lockdowns but nothing is happening. And then the news comes out a couple months later that if US had locked down just a week earlier thousands of lives would have been saved. At least that vaccine is here. Im in NYC and the covid fatigue is here. Back in April/May when I went grocery shopping and walked around mask usage from people I saw on these trips were in the 95-99% range. Now it closer to 50/50 for adults. Kids is like 10%, There are a lot of times I see a parent with several kids. Parent has mask all the children are maskless and it like wtf. Yesterday it was a bit hot in NYC so people there was even more people hanging outside. Those holding bags as if they went shopping were way more likely to have a mask than someone without a bag when I went out yesterday.
