I'd imagine the bare minimum just to find stuff they may not have told you about in closets and drawers. I think anything involving master bedroom or offices and anything they say not to go into is off limits.

The urge to snoop is there but that's also rude i think. I feel like some people would just not give a fuck and go on a hunt like they're dang ol Adrian Monk(without the ment issues i guess. Or maybe not)

My golden rule for things like that is to act as if you have a camera watching you because often there is a chance there is.

I saw something that a person went out of town and boobie trapped their bedroom drawers to show entry if opened. They said they suspect their house watching neighbor stole some panties.

....yikes! I would never do that. Or even open anything in their room. I am house sitting now and i opened the door to the master bedroom for 5 seconds just so i knew where it was and then closed it never to return.

So Bobby trapped drawers could also be a thing.

Some snooping may be required, I know plenty of people like to hide their plungers instead of putting them where they'll be needed. The plunger isn't going to be in the jewelry box, though.

only once have i been caught, and when i told him what i was doing he just showed me where his porn was
