When I got out of work there were about 35-40 police cars in our parking lot, and I am not even sure how many cops....but a ton. SSPD, County and some State Troopers. I've never seen such a show of force in town, ever, and that is saying something. They even, and I think for the first time deployed Tear Gas, and perhaps Rubber bullets. My lunch was at, 7-ish, I got to Congress Park when I can, and by the time I was walking back they already had Broadway shut down, I spoke to one of the State Troopers, and he said it was a Blue Lives matter thing, but anticipated a counter-protest.... I could hear the Motor Cycles, and at one point and Non-Medical Hellocopter. And ya, when I got out of work the parking lot...that I park in was Full of Cops, and that was at 10PM. It was the main staging point, and about a 5 min Walk away, or a 40 sec trip in a car. It was like walking through the calm before the storm. Luckily we were clearly getting out of work. ~Anway, this is the best video I've been able to find of what happened.
