If I don't eat right I don't feel right. Also, I had the munchies for the first time on months and overate before I slept, which made me feel like crap the next morning, which made me feel like shit for about three days. Also, also, I think I have just discovered Radiohead. It's funny I thought it was some inescapable thing I had to deal with forever and I could never feel good. But going from living alone in a terrible run-down area in an apartment block with drug dealing trouble making neighbours to a little house in a quiet rural area with my fiancee has made such a huge difference to my mental health. Just on Adavan for panic attacks. Last week I buckled down and planned out a new routine that gives me something to do at every point in the day.
