I cleaned it as best as I could with wipes and peroxide but it still has a smell when you get close to the spot.

Anyone have a solution that doesnt involve getting rid of the car? Some special cleaning thing or something.

Dog shit smell doesn't magically go away in a few minutes regardless of what you use.
If you already cleaned it, wait a few hours and the smell will go away.

My mother has a terminal disease and is incontinent. I am her caretaker. I use a product called Kids and Pets. It works ok. I think there is one called My Pet Peed or something like that.

Cars will be difficult because it is enclosed and I can imagine the heat of the sun will make the smell worse. Scrub the Hell out of it with more than one product, air freshener and airing it out as much as possible as suggested above but you might be able to get one of these products or something like it from a pet store. Good luck with the poop stench.

Doesn't peroxide change color of the material?

Get an enzyme based spray. Walmart has one for ~$5. Let it soak.
