Lol no, it's made en masse then sealed in bags. It used to be concentrated which we'd water down and make the proper consistency with a food emulsifier, but now it's all premade in bags and we just put it in buckets and then put the buckets in the cooler

Card tips are taxed and cash ones aren't. It doesn't really matter how you do it so long as you tip

This guy at this apartment complex we frequently deliver to had on the receipt "Call on arrival" which I did and he sounded surprised like "Oh you're here already" and I'm like "Yeah we're like 10 blocks from the store" and he just hangs up on me and I think nothing of it and walk up 3 flights of stairs to his apartment, I knock on his door and the dude sticks just like the top half of his body out his door and he's sweating profusely while wearing a shirt that looks like 2 sizes too big for him I hand him the receipt to sign and his hands are CAKED in Vaseline and when I got the receipt it was wet and nasty and when be tried to hand me my pen back I was like "You can just keep that" and dipped also the part that kills me is he ordered an 8 piece of hot wings with 3 bottles of water

Is your store having you drivers use the delivery app yet? We have all our drivers use it, and it makes dispatching easier since we can have a better estimate when people will be back.

It's only a dead end job if you want it to be. If you get into management, you can make decent money for what's honestly not that difficult work. Stressful, but not difficult.

and including myself, I was in the top 3 craziest fucking people. It was always my position that three of us were crazier than anyone else. I'd love to tell you how that ended for the other two but I gotta ask you to ask ;)

I dont want to steal Zombies thunder, but this specific scenario reminded me of a weird delivery I made once.

the man who answered the door was some Mediterranean man. He had the physique of a freaking statue, and he answered the door in his tighty whiteys. Had a bulge like Mount Vesuvius.

Another man of similar build and lack of garments popped out from a room upstairs to check on his friend.

they were super friendly, but they paid with a plastic ziploc bag filled with change. I probably should have counted it, but I decided to say fuck it and just go. I was busy and the bag weighed like five pounds so I took their word for it. Either way, I ended up taking home a ton of tips that night so if they shortchanged me it wasnt significant >_>
