okay I'm trying to play this Erica game since it was free on PS+ for July and somehow it's been incredibly frustrating just trying to turn subtitles on because you control everything with the touchpad for some reason, but the touchpad doesn't work as a cursor to boot

Well, my uncle and by extension my mom and stepdad may have been exposed to COVID because my uncle's coworker is a moron. The guy's family caught it but he decided to keep going to work without telling anyone because he had no symptoms. The company figured this out and forced him to get tested, and he came back positive, of course.

Finished a playthrough of Erica. I let my wife make all the choices, and it was interesting to see the things she picked that I wouldn't have. She wants to do a second playthrough where I make my own choices because she kinda thinks that some scenarios will play out the same regardless of what you choose, and I'm not so sure.

I took the stairs in FFVIIR like any real connoisseur of cast chemistry would, and the ensuing dialogue was glorious as expected, although my wife got annoyed at me that I chose the stairs over the elevator, so I had to explain why I did so.

Since we're about to finish Downton Abbey, we were talking about what to watch next, and she suggested The Office. We've both watched random episodes, but we've never sat down and watched the whole thing. We'll have to move at a brisk pace since it's coming off of Netflix at the end of the year, but it'll be neat to watch a show neither one of us has seen.
