They should burn them all!

So they're burning down the wendy's the guy who was in the drive thru, passed out/sleeping, then when the cops came, resisted and started fighting them, stole the cops taser and started running then got shot and died.

I'd say I don't see the logic in burning the wendy's but....that what has been logical in the past few weeks with these reactions.............

Yes because NO Wendy's are hiring right now because of the pandemic and the limited amount of people who are willing to work. All businesses are jam packed with people wanting to work and not collect unemployment with the $600 extra weekly bonus. No one is hiring, at all.

An average fast food place has 9 to 13 employees total, and there are 21 locations within a 15 mile radius of this particular location, I just looked it up by zip code.

I know your goal on CE right now is to post negativity in everything related to BLM and the riots, but let's use logic here.

I don't agree with the approach, but I agree with the cause. Stop fucking murdering people for running in fear from law enforcement. Wendys will be fine. If their employees can't find new work, or a store willing to take them on, they can get fucking triple the money from unemployment. I'm not shedding any tears for the fast food workers. They will survive.

What you're arguing is entirely separate from what he's saying. Nobody said they were completely SOL from working at all.

On what basis? Corporations, especially retail and fast food absorb employees all the time. They won't tell them "you go work there" but they will offer them open positions in geographically logical locations and let them decide. I worked in management for Kroger, Petco, and Outback throughout the years until I got a respectable job, we took on employees from closed locations before. This is a thing, I promise.

So the cop had no idea that he took his taser, he thought he took his firearm, that he pulled out and shot him with. Okay, got it. Great logic. He earned that fatal bullet. The cop had no idea. Protect and serve, good job keeping us safe and executing us on the pavement.

nah, it's about the other party's willingness to harm, not whether or not the cop knew what he was doing (he obviously did because he's a trained professional)

I feel a little bit safer. I saw the video. Anyone wrestling around with cops and punching them in their face, stealing their taser then trying to shoot them with it, I wouldn't feel safe with that person being able to walk freely

The people there probably did lose their jobs for good. I know the ins and outs of wendys and i know they dont like taking on other staff at other locations, due to saving labor.

When i used to work there, one of my locations i oversaw burned down and they didnt replace it for over 2 years. The decided to wait until image activation became "mandatory", and even then pushed it back. It was in a high volume area too.
