ah was hoping we could drag TTGL a bit longer, still a good run.

Question for the SMFAS audience: have you ever run into a situation where you've seen a meme, wasn't sure what series it came from, then run into the meme-source while watching that series?

I didn't realize I had so many LotGH-inspired memes in my collection, already ran into a couple and yesterday came across the ep with a personal favourite, lol.

Hinamatsuri keeps getting dragged through by the skin of its teeth, because it seems like everyone enjoys it and will bail it out once their favourite is through. TTGL is actually kinda that for me, I've saved it a couple times through the years but never wanted to focus on it. It's good but I don't think I'd enjoy it as much now as I did years ago

Closest thing I can think of is a meme Megumin youtube video that used a song from Idolmaster. I didn't know the song was from Idolmaster until I watched it later. There's plenty of shows where I saw memes about them before watching but I'll look up what show they're from if I don't already know.
