Even more reason for skim milk to be cheaper.

In order for 1%, 2%, or whole milk (3.25%) to be consistent, first all milkfat is separated.

Then, you have a big vat of skim.

Skim milk stops here.

Other milk has the appropriate amount of milkfat added back in.

Nope. It gets fortified with vitamin a&d since these are fat soluble and lost when the fat globules are centrifuged out of the whole milk. Then milk solids are added to thicken it.

he's not wrong in that skim milk is fortified, but so is a lot of fatty milk in the United States (with D, even if not federally required)
