I dunno, get medical aid to a guy who says he can't breath?

In case you forgot, not only is he entitled to a fair trial, but none of the things you listed are punishable by death.
If everything hockeydude says is legit, then your stance is laughable, Tony. And, yes, resisting with a weapon is justified grounds to be shot or extra force used. This is an exact case, if described accurately, of someone who killed themselves by resisting with a weapon.

The reason George Floyd's death was so heinous is that he clearly is not resisting anymore for the majority of the duration of what happened. If he was actively resisting, this cop wouldn't be in jail.

He resisted with a weapon in his pocket that he never drew on the officers. Does having a gun in your pocket mean you arent entitled to ethical treatment after youre cuffed?

Literally anti-2nd and 6th Amendment and would be a war crime in war, great stance.

That's definitely justified. Watch the video.

You guys are trying too hard to paint a picture that you are dabbling into supporting criminal behaviors.

Of course if you violently resist arrest and flee the scene with a weapon, the cops are going to shoot you to stop you. You are a violent criminal who can be a danger to Innocents at that point.

His crime was literally "sleeping in his car while drunk" and "resisting arrest".

If he started firing his taser at the officer or started beating one of them, sure, shoot him.

But he just successfully resisted arrest and ran. There's no reason to assume he'd be a threat to the life of others.

Being a criminal alone does not justify the death penalty. They had fucking legs and actual deadly weapons. Fucking chase him instead of being lazy assholes. Surely they were in better shape than he was, hes a pretty big dude and their job necessitates some level of conditioning, I don't think they lose that race.

To be clear: No.

If a taser isnt a deadly weapon when used on civilians, its not a deadly weapon when used against the cops. He wasnt a deadly threat, theres zero reason to escalate it to that.

First of all, he was guilty of a DUI. As much as you all say you are against DUIs, it is weird how much you marginalize it now. You can tell me how I am the scum of the earth and should be in jail because I am a piece of shit, yet here we are marginalizing it in return. Really consistent there, bud. Don't let your bias show.

Anyways, so he is guilty of a DUI, probably some infractions, assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, definitely some sort of laws for taking the weapon, fleeing a crime scene, and etc.

He also has shown the propensity to commit violent crime in front of police officers, and you have to assume he is a violent criminal at that point and/or is a risk to cause injury/worse to innocents in the course of fleeing or after.

I am surprised the officers didn't shoot him earlier tbqh, but they apparently were trying their best to be non-lethal and thought they could detain him without having to do so. When they realized they couldn't, they shot a violent offender fleeing a scene.

It is open and shut. Not a single normal jury in the world will convict that. If they were charged, which I assume they weren't based on the evidence I have seen here based on videos, it would be laughable. I mean, you could charge to let justice play out to show them innocent, but there is no way a guilty conviction is coming back on that. If anything, they waited too long, and it could have been fatal to them or a bystander by waiting.

Not brainwashed because I can legally look at it? That isn't even a gray area case.

He at the very least pointed the taser at the main cop chasing him while running away, so he was threatening the cop with a weapon. It's after that point the cop shoots.

And we call tasers non lethal because they've a higher probability to not kill, not that they can't. It's well understood they absolutely can kill you, just significantly less than a gun.
