My asshole cat found out I don't like her scratching the wood baseboards around the house so if I don't let her outside she purposely does it to make me chase her the fuck out of there.

My local movie theater opened up a drive in theater in the parking lot. Thinking of taking the gf Friday. Fuckers only have the movie listing up until tonight but they've been showing Back to the Future and Jaws. Older good shit like that, so i'm kinda interested in going.

In 2020 I never thought I would take my gf to a drive in theater to see something like Back to the Future. It's just like a huge step back in time.

It's been a week since i had a drop of alcohol. Wondering if I should go get a little bit or not. Probably a bad idea I'd regret in the morning which is why I've taken a break in the first place but it's just funny once you take some time off you forgot about that stuff lol

I'm pretty sure if you go to a drive-in you gotta turn your engine off, which means no AC. Sitting in a stagnant car in 98 degree TN weather for 2 hours to watch a movie doesn't sound that appealing to me. I'm not much for summer and heat to begin with.

In theory it should be working out better than it is.

You don't HAVE to turn of the engine but you have to turn off all your lights.

We have better technology than that, but then again I guess it is kind of an impromptu thing so they gotta use the old technology. Plus it's probably cheaper and it's a temporary thing so they probably don't want to spend too much. But those FM signals can get kinda static-y, i used to use them for my old ipod back in my HS days.

Someone should have the balls and open a full time legit drive in theater with modern tech. The hipsters and the new generation would love it probably. You're free to talk and grope each other in privacy and even the smokers can smoke while smoking like in the old days. Everyone wins.

I just got back from the best late night walk with walter. Went out to the point on the beach and i sat on the monument to drink while i let him explore off leash. So he spends his time watching bats skim the water like hes watching tennis and then i notice a big beaver swim within 6 feet of him (walter was chilling on a root which was above the water leading to a tree growing out of the lake) and i got nervous but the beaver didnt seem to care about walter and walter kinda watched it but he just cared about bats.

So the beaver keeps swimming by then eventually a baby beaver (smaller than walter) swims by and walter perks right the fuck up and the baby beaver sees it and splashes his tail and walter jumped 4 feet in the air like what in gods name was that unholy abomination?!?! Did you see the tail!!!! Omg!!!!

i almost hooked his leash back up but he chilled out pretty fast and decided to watch bats from a slightly further spot.
