if you focus news on just the left that's mainly what you're going to see.

if you focus on news on just the right you're going to see things like business owners getting beat almost to death and various places being broken into, lit on fire, or looted.

what a lot of these twitter vids do is push your bias further on the situation in one direction as opposed to actually cover the situation in full.

no, her initial cries are perfectly fine. she's right to call them out on looting and say they're not from her neighborhood. asking what school is a bit iffy but fine, it helps at least establish they're a local.

she starts crossing the line when she's asking for their names. not just first name, she specifically wants his first and last name. at that point, she's trying to dox him. that's 100% wrong.

she blocks their way, that's also 100% wrong. she's got no authority to do that and it's not her place to do that.

she knocks off the hat of one of them multiple times. that's 100% wrong and straight up assault. at that point she's now instigating a fight and wants a response. she's the one baiting them at this point. they didn't bite, which is good on them.

trolling her after all that ain't anything and the fact that she chases 'em to attack them says plenty about what she's wanting to do all along. they successfully baited her after she failed.

mm... depending on the particulars i fall under both.

business owner: most of the time fall under "has a right to defend his property and should be able to shoot them." if caught in the act, zero problems with it. grey starts coming in when it becomes something that's assumed.

don't have them in the act: let them go. can't prove it, recording them and reporting them is what should be done.

basically leans heavily on the side of proof.
and if she was a cop it would at least be her job to do that. but i'd then disagree with the cop purposefully instigating someone like that too.

not sure i ever posted much on it but you mean the trespassing thing?
even assuming it's true then it's weird that he did it obviously shouldn't have been shot and shouldn't have been chased by dudes with shotguns. even if he's somehow not innocent on that, it's not the place of civilians to do that. chasing a dude with a shotty is gonna trigger a fight or flight reaction real easy.

i do remember there being a chance that the guys weren't completely civies, that the PD and the guys who chased/shot him were directly connected beyond just being an ex-cop. at that point the PD should be on the hook too.
