Also, the evidence might be that an officer is shielded from prosecution when using "the correct amount of force" so like, if all the officers say this guy needed to get a knee in his neck they won't be prosecuted unless you can prove the murderer was doing it to murder and not restrain( does that make sense). Either way, if the state doesn't charge them I really doubt Trumps department of justice will. But the moment the suspect is handcuffed, its over. Secure him in the car when necessary. I cant fathom why he just sat there with his knee in his neck. It was wrong and shouldnt have happened.
