Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. I feel helpless in life. I don't do anything with myself, it's hard to get out of bed and even harder to do something that doesn't end in failure, time and time again, year after year, no matter how basic. I wish something amazing would happen, like out of the blue a portal opens up and it leads to a new world. Or my suffering suddenly earns me super powers. I want to be something more, greater than everyone. I would love to be able to just change everything, be greater than God himself, if he's real. But that's all this is, just a bunch of dreams, all on a daily basis. My past abruptly pops into my head and lately I've been twitching at the mere thought of these things, even if they aren't anything extreme (CPTSD?) To think there are people out there that think people need to suffer, or have to struggle to get anywhere otherwise we're somehow terrible leeches on society. People like me exist because we weren't taught how to live, and society is too selfish to care, somehow I need to help myself but I don't know how, don't have the tools, and for others these things are second nature. Just wanted to share my thoughts. And, no, I probably won't seek help, I'm too lazy/depressed/scared/uninformed on how to do so. I've thought about getting help for years, never did anything.

You will never get better if you don't get help. The fact that you refuse to do so shows that you don't really want to get better either. You can't say that society is too selfish to care when you aren't telling them that they need to care. You're not too depressed/anxious/whatever to get help. Literally not true, I promise. You are the only one keeping yourself here, but you can also be the one to actually make yourself happy again

I'm saying these things because I used to believe everything you said about myself. If there's anyone in your life, regardless or not if you think they'll care, see if you can ask for their support while you actively make a change.

Life will never come out and rescue you. I'm sorry, but waiting for it to happen is fruitless and you know it. Be the change you want to see. Or not. You have one life, and you can spend it how you choose

Reach out to someone, online or offline. I believe in you, and I KNOW you can be better

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

It took me a long time to lose a lot of weight to get super skinny and I feel like Ive gained two or three pounds and Im feeling bad about it even though I know I shouldnt.

I can relate to this. I went through a big weight loss, but now I obsess over the scale. I weigh myself every morning and night, and beat myself up if I've gained weight. It's not great because I'm starting to "punish" myself when I see the scale go up in the morning. I make it a rule that I'm not allowed to eat more than one thing in a day if I had gained weight. And even when I do eat, I feel a lot of guilt >.>
