Even if you had the formula for a Coronavirus vaccine that doesn't mean you have the funds or the means to mass produce it, so you would have to give the formula away to a pharmaceutical company to do it, and they sure as heck aren't going to give it away for free. To have any control over it you would have to patent the formula and sell that to a pharmaceutical company.
