Recently people have been adding subs to japanese porn, and let me tell you, these stories are the most depraved and sadistic things I've ever seen. Imagine if David Lynch wrote a pornography. It is downright disturbing and lingers with you for a while.

I would post some plot synopses but I would get modded. It's downright disturbing. I'm not talking about shock porn either. That's just a one and done "eww get this off my screen". The amount of effort the writers, directors, and actors put into porn to evoke these emotions in you while you're also sexually engaged is a whole new form of psychological horror. What really gets me is that mainstream top jav pornstars are starring in these films. It's surreal that it has this much of an audience.

I wanted to understand why porn is like this over there, and I ended going down a disgusting rabbit hole that's probably going to mentally scar me for a few weeks. Probably not TOS safe, but let's just say that a studio created legit rape films that teetered on being snuff, and were released to the public. Essentially they bait and switched JAV actresses. They told them it'd either be regular porn or modeling, but they deceived them and filming took an inhumane and sinister turn that was unbeknownst to them. It took 17 films before authorities stepped in. Where the fuck were their agents? Didn't watch these, but I read a bit of what happened. Couldn't read it anymore. Just imagine inhumane diabolical torture. Absolutely disgusting. Felt like vomiting as I read it.

Just had to put this out there so I can stop dwelling on it.

When something is established as being normal, other people will go along with it. That's how we are psychologically. Both the agents and the actresses probably saw this as a necessary part of the industry. And because it's so stigmatized, the law doesn't like to intervene. Suing a company or your agent is almost impossible because the courts want to pretend you don't exist.

I guess the only small comfort is that, like I said, it does seem to be getting better. Not fast enough, but at least it's getting better. The big mainstream companies still make movies with nonconsensual sex but they feel a lot more like actors playing a part and not like you're watching a real crime take place. For example S1, one of the most mainstream companies, rarely has anything like rape and when they do it's very obviously scripted with little if any violence and no tears from the actress.

The smaller studios still put out some terrible stuff but they're definitely less numerous than they used to be.

Well not legally. I think that pretty much all of it is things that they agreed to do. The directors just make it a point to make it as horrible and traumatic for them as possible so that the reaction is the same as it would be if it were real.
