I admit that I just included Wendell to make a point.

But Nick played like fucking GARBAGE in DvG. He made ONE move at the final 12 (in conjunction with the rest of his David minority), then took control due to his vote steal, and an idol nullifier that the Goliath tribe had literally no access to. From the final 9 onward, he played like shit and let Mike run fucking circles around him. He only won because he had the automatic underdog vote, due to being cast as a "David" on day one.

It didn't help that Mike constantly said "I'm rich and don't care about winning". I think that plus the David thing poisoned the jury against him.

While I hate to see the sexism card thrown out as much as Vis does, it is kinda uncomfortable that (and I'm counting Tony as the winner of this season at this point, I feel it's that obvious) only three of the past 15 seasons have been won by women. And one of those was a returning Survivor and another had been on TAR. So Michele is the only first time reality contestant to win Survivor since 2012. That's really freaking sad. I dunno what needs to change but something does.

Why Denise?

1. She was probably said to be second in the jury's view and we didn't hear that to not spoil the vote and not spoil Sarah's speech (because Denise, a woman, would be ahead of her).

2. If Natalie got out of taking about power rankings or they never asked, then perhaps they thought it'd be easier to break up Sarah/Tony than Denise/Ben, especially if this was unseen strategy by Sarah to attract Michele next round (.

Speaking of which, was anyone else actively aware that the most recent LGBTQ+ winner is Todd? That feels pretty icky too in this day and age, but I guess to be fair they only cast like two or three per season, so it's not as bad as literally half the cast struggling to win on a bias.

Err, that came out wrong. What I meant was the ratio isn't as lopsided, not that it isn't bad that there's a bias.
