Is it possible to use these data patches yet? I have a ton, but whenever I go into the code refactoring page, it doesn't seem to do anything.

Level up the HOC to 100. Then, you can use the patches to "overlevel" stats. It will give them red stars on top of the normal 5 stars. I think BGM is the only one to get a live2d when you get them to 100.

Ahhhh, you have to be LV100, too. All my HOCs are just Lv70-75.

Yeah It took me about a week to just get one from 70 to 100 because I got tired of seeing 2b14 hoarding all those chips. Even clearing out the expedition shop only nets you a few levels haha.

Yeah, it's some crap that they'll put in a ton of normal combat reports but only 300 or so special ones.

Well you only really need to get them to 60 to use the 5-star chips (And CT was entirely clearable with a level 40 BGM), everything after is just gravy that won't really affect the game that much
Not to mention upcoming events will be greatly reduced in difficulty (Isomer having a difficulty slider, Polarized Light being clearable with level 70 echelons etc)
So there's really not much reason to level past 60

Sure, but since I'm not using them atm and I have a lot of the special combat manuals laying around. I think I'm going to level them up until they are needed.

Both interface and overall gameplay difficulty of Isomer is considered reduced when compared to previous events Continuum Turbulence. Despite the event offers normal and hard difficulty, all of the event rewards (except for additional medals) are obtainable from normal mode. Normal difficulty can be completed with lv80+ 4x expansion T-Doll echelons with decent graded equipment and fairy/HOC back ups.

I was only going to do one SG pull for my weekly and got a KSG dupe. Now thinking that I can get a SAT8 dupe (I have 5 and want 3 more for SAT64 memes), I went ahead and did two more heavy pulls and got junk. Now I have less resources for pulling fairies.

I need to work on my impulse control.

Well yipes, my tale was meant to be more of a cautionary one seeing as I did purchase a SAT8 from the shop beforehand xD
Even more ironically these SAT8s are the only 2 5-star shotguns I've ever gotten from production

I learned you can only recover 1 t-doll from the index each week. I had some costumes for some free t-dolls from events or monthly in my inventory I wanted to redeem, but it turns out I had traded them for cores to free up t-doll space at one point.

Being able to recover anything is pretty great, honestly. I wish other games would do that.

I murdered my resources for the fairy pulls and didn't get the Rocket Fairy or the Combo Fairy to get a 100% normal fairy collection. Kill me.

On a less melodramatic note, I am at least getting a good amount of fodder fairies. Not enough to 5* anything but I'm not walking away empty-handed at least.

I think how it works is that you get the guaranteed skin on the 70th pull if you didn't get any skins before that. It's meant to be a pity reward so that everybody gets at least one. Well, at least those who logged in every day for the period and got all 70 boxes. If you happened to get one (or more) skin(s) before that, the guarantee goes away.

At least, that's how I've seen this sort of thing play out in other gacha games. Arknights' headhunting gacha is a good, clear example.

Is ranking up fairies supposed to take this long? I'm still in the 2/3 star range and consuming a dupe barely seems to budge the progression bar.

Each fairy gives 10 development exp except if you use the same fairy then it becomes 100 development xp. Then if they share the same talent you get a 50% boost for either 15 or 150.

Non event fairies require 3000 development exp so yes it should be taking a while.

I do a few fairy pulls each day and just feed dupes to the originals, assuming they have a high-tier skill. This stuff takes forever -- I don't have a single fairy over three stars.

Good to know the same skill stacks with a dupe. I have tons of cal-tix.

That's why the Prototype Fairy can't come to EN fast enough. 100 enhancement points to any fairy and 150 for same talent. It's still far from the ideal of some kind of fairy enhancement pill but I'll take it. The alternative is doing 4-8 500-all fairy pulls every day. I'll do that once my resources are in a better spot.

Looks like the 4th anniversary stream for older servers gave more info on GF spinoffs. I know GF2 was mentioned a long time ago, but it looks like Groza will be the face of the story, since it's a prequel...or something.

If you only have enough resources to do one, SAA is the recommended pick for this batch because of her passive skill.
