Why do people get offended if you give them the honest truth or constructive criticism? Why do you have to walk on eggshells around everyone in case they offended. You tell someone they could do something a little better they act like you slapped them in the face and told them to kill themselves.

Hate to sound like a boomer and I'm loathe to use the word 'snowflake', but these days people are too often told that they're special and unique. Everybody can 'only do their best' and 'don't let anyone change you'.

A lot of new adults grew up with over-protective parents. Telling them they are special, and not fit for the outdoors. Making them believe that they can do no wrong. This level of coddling has made them wholly unprepared for the world.

Because the post-modern Western narrative says the only reason people fail at anything is because of some outsider oppressor.

social media, followers, viewers, and not all of them are good enough so they commit crime, come out with a different sexuality or identify as a different race or something unique they wanted to boast about which doesn't make people automatically 'special' and that thin thread of being 'special' for them is what makes them so fragile, they become news now but they become irrelevant tomorrow

it's also amazing how many fragile people will back them up, it's like watching helpless people breed more helpless people (i wanted to use retar-word instead of 'helpless' but you know, sugar coat the shit out of those people who really cant help themselves)

In today's climate, people create a literal mountain of 'moral high ground' so they can talk down on people who they think are less than them. It's all psychology to make them feel better about themselves. Especially some democrats.
