Honestly I think Hollow Knight would be doing a little better than this despite some of its strength being Switch-related. All the franchise/brand name/whatever votes that FF15 got against it are being sucked up by BotW

I think we can all agree DQ would destroy FFXV. I think it outs up a respectable number against BOTW. Botw has faced a respected game with some form of Sff yet and switch users love DQXIs.

honestly ive said this pre contest. BOTW and witcher 3 are by far the most dominant and popular games this generation. Obviously on Thu is site LaW applies but witcher is showing it has its own strength

FF15 isn't a poser, it's just a steaming pile of shit. I honestly don't know which of these 2 games did more damage to their respective series, BotW copying every other bullshit open world game and getting rid of all the classic Zelda tropes like good dungeons and items, or FF15 for putting out the worst battle system to date

skyrim and dark souls probably

theres no way it doubles witcher. Too many factors going into that for it to happen. One of them being witcher is just as beastly as an entity as BOTW. Games like dark souls and skyrim are nearly 10 years old and popularity has diminished.
