Owned 4 cars.. first two were used, latest two were new.
Second used car was a lemon, I got screwed on that one, which is what made me just go for new ones instead, less hassle.

it was a complete lemon? why didn't you have a mechanic check it out?

Have owned nearly 10 vehicles and I've only ever bought 1 new ('18 Jeep Wrangler JKU) all my others have been used.

I've only ever owned 4 cars.

First I got from my dad, it was his 94 Buick Park Avenue and it was fucking cool. But someone rear ended me and it got totaled.

Then I bought a brand new 2010 Genesis Coupe. Had that for a few years, traded it in for a new Sonata.

But then the last car we bought was a used Passat.

So I mean, 4 cars and it's half used and half new >_>. The next car I buy will probably be a certified pre-owned or lightly used Honda hybrid of some kind.

All of the cars I have owned have been inherited from older family members save for my current vehicle which is also previously owned.

1st car was a used chevy tracker idek the year, we were able to sell it for basically the same money we bought it for years later.
2nd car was 2012 chrysler 200 which i bought new and still holds up well today, even though I hear they're terrible cars.

I work for a car rental company so i've basically sworn off nissan for my next car just because I drive them all day long. I'm planning on buying a new c300 benz (or c43 amg) pretty soon.

Wasn't a complete lemon but it cost me much more in repairs than it should have... and that,s the thing.. the garage I went to are the ones who told me about the car when I had an accident with the first one.. and they were supposed to have checked it out and it was supposed to not require maintenance for a while.. suffice to say, I stopped going to that garage afterwards.

My current car is new, next will probably be new, but I'll figure that out later. Everything before was used.

Well, the only car I've really bought was brand new (previous car I just took over the payments for my mom's old one when she got something new). I'd probably go for something lightly used next, but I've had this car for 6 years and plan to keep it for the foreseeable future.

I guess I just don't care about those first 15k or so first miles. I've gotten a car that was a one-time lease only a few years old with 20k and it was in perfect condition at such a discount from new.

As for the motorcycle, idk it was the first year they made the model so I was excited to get something no one else had I guess.

I think the exception would be a Tesla because I don't trust the technology in a used condition the same way I might with a gas powered vehicle.
