2014 Ford Fusion SE.

It will likely be my last Ford unless I come across a nice 2018 Focus ST when I am car shopping. Other than that, going for that brand new Civic life.

get a f150

2011 Subaru Outback

I've been saving up for two years to get a brand new truck. I've even considered buying one soon if prices dropped because of the virus, though I haven't done enough research to find out which one I would actually want. I'm leaning towards and F150, but I'm nervous that it will be a little unwieldy when I need to drive in downtown Saratoga. I may go for a midsize like the Ranger, but I don't want to settle for that unless it fits some of my needs.

How's the maintenance on that thing? Had to do any major repairs? I was interested in one for a long time.

Every February/March and mid summer they run insane deals on F150s and Rangers

It's not too bad, but then again these cars are 30+ years old. They're pretty stout and that 4 cylinder engine is strong. I haven't had any major repairs to the engine or transmission, just some annoying shit like the door handles (that's a design flaw) that will fail or the hatch not releasing. Some people just switch to the 968 door handles. The slave cylinder on these things are ticking time bombs though.

I just lucked up that my dad used to run a paint and body shop so whatever goes wrong he'll work on it.

Nice. Same car, same year. Mine is red.

With those brand new trucks, one off the lot can go up to $70,000. Buy one thats one year old and its like $20-25,000. I would recommend not getting an American truck because they break every time you get it. If youve got that much money to pay, then save half and buy a brand new Outback. My mom has one and its one of the best vehicles you can buy.

2017 Audi TTS

Runs amazing, best car Ive ever had, and it pulls girls with no effort on my part.

Only downside is the tires are sensitive beyond any reasonable measure. A pebble makes them flip out and a replacement set is usually around 2 grand. Other then that shes perfect.

Good to know. It's not an inboard slave cylinder inside the bell housing, is it? Those are a nightmare, my friend's Chevy S10 had a setup like that and you had to drop the trans anytime you had to get to it.

No you don't have to drop the transmission, thank God.
