I remember the days when Tommy Vercetti was talked about as a potential threat to Mega Man when the 2003 bracket was released. Now we're speaking of him in the same sentence as fucking Tanner.

I disagree because Tanner has a reputation for being one of the weakest characters ever to make the bracket, so he's bound to attract more than a few joke votes based on that. In addition, Tommy used to be decently strong, but he's really weak by now, so it won't take much for Tanner to break 20% on him.
